    Effect of Inflation, Interest Rate / Bi Rate, and Rupiah Exchange Rate on Indonesian Composite Index (Idx) at Indonesian Stock Exchange (Ise)

    Capital market has a strategic role for strengthening the economic resilience of the country and as an alternative for profitable investment. Capital market has an important role in economics of the country due to the dual functions, economics function and finance. Capital market is a national driving force through its role as a source of financing for the company and alternative for investor to invest. In capital market, Indonesia important role as this index can be used as barometer on the economic health of the country. Macroeconomics factor is high inflation, interest rate, and depreciation of rupiah to dollar, could lower the stock price. The aim of this research is to study the effect of macro economy e.g. inflation, rupiah exchange rate, and interest rate on Indonesian Composite Index (IDX) at Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE).Method of analysis is carried out using linear regression model equation. Data used in this study is secondary monthly data during the period of 2013-2016. Total number of 36 samples is used. The effect of inflation, interest rate / BI Rate and exchange rate to ISE on model equation is 41.61%. Correlation between variable inflation and interest rate / BI rate is 0.490 quite strong at the same direction. Correlation between inflation and exchange rate is -0,349 which is quite strong but not at the same direction. Correlation between interest rate and exchange rate is 1 which is very strong and at the same direction. From the calculation, calculated F < F table (1.825 < 8,92), which can be concluded that there is no linear correlation between inflation, interest rate / BI Rate and exchange rate to ISE.     PENGARUH HARGA DAN ULASAN PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN ONLINE

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan besarnya pengaruh harga dan ulasan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada Toko Emershop di Tokopedia.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah melakukan transaksi pembelian di Toko Emershop daiTokopedia.com selama tiga bulan dengan jumlah 367 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 73 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh model regresi linier berganda Y = 7,269 + 0,510X1+0,522X2. Sedangkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, harga dan review produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,714 yang artinya variabel harga dan ulasan produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian online sebesar 71,4%, sedangkan sisanya 28,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel di luar variabel yang diteliti

In order to increase the number of visitors who come, Tourism Floating Market Lembang must understand its core competencies. By knowing the core competencies possessed, Tourism Floating Market Lembang , in particular the management company, can expand its tourism business venture, thereby increasing the number of visitors. Based on those reasons, this study aims to determine the core competence is owned by Tourism Floating Market and strategic formulation adaptive core competencies possessed by the object of research. A descriptive qualitative approach uses in this research. Data is collected by getting many information of Floating Market Lembang and giving an open quetionaire to six informans. One of the informans is The Marketing Manager of Floating Market Lembang (Mrs. Melani). The other informans are the visitors of Floating Market Lembang (5 informans). Data collection also collected with direct observation and documentation. This reseach took place in Floating Market Lembang, Bandung. Research time was in October until December, 2016. Data has been tested for its validity and realibility by triangulation, memberchecking and confirmability. Data analysis technique was Miles Huberman Model. Primary data were taken using questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 travelers with sampling technique of cluster sampling, at Bogor Botanical Garden object, Taman Hat / Taman Ade Irma Suryani and Suryakencana Culinary Tour. Data were analyzed using factor analysis.Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that of the 24 most influential community hospital factors on tourist visit in Bogor City can be grouped into 7 components or variables.

    This research was conducted because the performance of employees at PT Mora Telematics Indonesia is not optimal so it is suspected that there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Mora Telematics Indonesia Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research. The study population was 150 employees with a sample of 60 respondents who were taken using simple random sampling technique and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Simple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing were used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation and performance. Thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The effect of compensation on performance is indicated by the regression equation Y =. The results also show a correlation coefficient or r of 0.452, which means that there is a moderate relationship between the independent variable, namely compensation to the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination or r-square of 0.204 shows that compensation for performance has an effect of 20.4% and the remaining 79.6% is influenced by other variables not observed in this stud
